This notice explains how BruceCooper Clips handles information for brucecooperclips.com and the BruceCooper Clips Twitch Extension. The site shows Twitch clips, stream dates, games played, clip titles, clip creator display names, Twitch view counts, and viewer heart votes.

Information We Use

Clip information comes from Twitch clips and from clips submitted by BruceCooper's clip bot or site tools. This can include a Twitch clip ID, clip URL, title, thumbnail, game name, stream date, Twitch view count, and the display name of the person who created or requested the clip.

When someone hearts a clip, the site stores the vote with a pseudonymous viewer identifier. The public site uses a random browser identifier. The Twitch Extension may use Twitch's Extension Helper to receive a Twitch-provided opaque user ID. These identifiers are hashed before they are stored for voting.

How We Use Information

Information is used to show clips, group clips by stream, support search and sorting, count hearts, prevent duplicate heart votes from the same viewer, and help BruceCooper manage clips for stream and editing workflows.

What We Do Not Collect

BruceCooper Clips does not collect payment information, government IDs, precise location, private messages, or Twitch account passwords. The site does not ask viewers to log in with a password.

Cookies And Local Storage

The public site may use a cookie or browser storage value to remember whether a viewer has hearted a clip. The Twitch Extension may use browser storage for a local viewer identifier when Twitch does not provide one. This keeps votes stable between visits.

Sharing

Public clip information and heart totals are visible to site and extension visitors. BruceCooper Clips does not sell viewer information. Service providers that host or operate the site may process technical logs and requests as needed to keep the service running.

Twitch

Twitch clips, thumbnails, view counts, and Extension Helper data are provided through Twitch services. Twitch's own policies also apply when viewers use Twitch or a Twitch Extension.
